When you think of the holiday season it is hard not to picture yourself walking along the streets of New York City taking in the warm holiday spirit. New York City during the holiday season has always been something that I had wanted to experience and a few years ago, I got to do just that. On a spontaneous drive up to New York from Virginia, my husband (boyfriend at the time) Nathan and I squeezed in as much holiday fun as we could in one weekend. Browsing bustling holiday markets in Central Park and Bryant Park to gazing at the grandiose Christmas tree at Rockefeller Plaza to cheering an iconic Broadway musical. Sipping hot cocoa while taking in the sights of the creative holiday window displays on Fifth Avenue and looking for that last-minute gift on 34th Street, New York City is the place to be during the holidays. My hope is that when you light the Holidays in The City scented candle you will find warmth and joy with a bit of wanderlust.
